Privacy
Your data lives in the EU. We use Supabase (Frankfurt, eu-central-1) and SendGrid. We do not sell your data and we run an ad-free product.
What we collect when you request a beta invite
- Your email address
- Whether you're a solo artist or an agency
- Your artist/agency name, city, and rough scale (shows per year or roster size)
Why
To contact you about beta access and to size early cohorts. Lawful basis: your consent, given when you submit the form.
Anti-abuse
Public forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile and rate limiting. Turnstile processes a token to tell humans from bots; it is privacy-preserving and does not profile you.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion and portability at any time — email us and we'll action it. You can unsubscribe from any email with one click.

Invite-only beta
Artistflow is in development. Registering interest puts you on a waitlist — it does not guarantee access, a timeframe, or a price. We onboard cohorts gradually and will email you when a spot opens.
Service "as is" during beta
Beta features may change, break, or be paused. There's no uptime guarantee during beta. Don't rely on it as your only system of record until we say it's production-ready.
Pricing
Prices shown are indicative and may change before general availability. Beta members keep the thank-you terms we promise them in writing.
AI policy & ethics
AI is infrastructure in Artistflow, used deliberately — not sprinkled on for show.
Where we use AI
- Reading event links and documents (event details, flight/hotel OCR)
- Drafting and rewriting comms in your voice
- Compiling day-of briefings and surfacing risks
Where we deliberately don't
Invoices are deterministic — generated from your data and a fixed tax-clause engine, never guessed by a model.
Our commitments
- Human-in-the-loop: nothing is sent on your behalf without your confirmation.
- We don't train models on your private workspace data.
- We surface AI's confidence and cost so you stay in control.
- EU-based processing wherever a provider allows it.
