Artistflow at ADE 2026
Artistflow is the working life around your shows in one place: the booking, the advancing, the night and the money, all read from one record per show. Four short chapters follow, the way a single booking moves through it.

Paste a link. The show builds itself.
Your booker pastes a link. The show builds itself.
A booking starts its life as a link in a message. Artistflow opens that page, reads it, and writes the show underneath: the venue, the date, the set times. You check it once and it is filed, and the seven open tabs are gone.
A booking starts its life as a link from a promoter. Your booker pastes it, picks the artist, and the night files on the right roster the first time. No retyping a listing, and no second version of it in somebody’s inbox.
- Reads the listing. Venue, date and set times land as fields you can edit.
- Looks the room up. The venue is checked against a real place, and says so.
- The artist comes first. Nothing can file itself under the wrong name.
- One record after. Travel, advancing, the day-sheet and the invoice read it.
An empty field, and a link in a message. The link is typed in. The page is read: venue, date, set times. The room is checked against a real place. The show is filed, and everything after it reads this record.
A show is never just one date.
One desk, five calendars, one week.
A night is the nights around it, the way you get to the door, and what the building still owes you. Artistflow puts the show in your route with its own legs, then sends the advancing form and files what comes back.
Five artists play the same week, so an open Saturday is only visible if the whole desk is on one spine. Artistflow puts every night there in its artist’s hue, sends one advancing form, and files the answer where everyone reads it.
- Route with legs. Each show carries its own travel, both ways.
- Advancing that answers. Load-in, soundcheck, doors and set come back as fields.
- Open weekends. A free Friday and Saturday between two shows gets named, never guessed.
- Five names, one spine. Every artist’s nights on one route, in their own hues.
Seventeen days out, and the night sits between the nights around it. The legs to the door are on the show, both ways. The advancing form goes to the building. Load-in, soundcheck, doors and set come back as fields. Tonight, and the answer is already on the record.
Seventeen days out, in the week the whole desk is playing. Every artist’s travel sits on their own night. Your booker asks the building once. The answer files where everyone at the desk reads it. Tonight, and nobody had to ask twice.

The night, in your pocket.
The same night, on both screens.
On the night you do not want a database. You want four times, one address, the person to call and how long you have. Artistflow puts the day-sheet on your phone in the stage palette and counts down to your set.
The artist gets the night and the office gets the same sheet. Four times, one address, the person to call and the countdown to the set, in the stage palette, readable in a dark room. Nobody phones the desk to ask about doors.
- The four times. Load-in, soundcheck, doors and set, current one marked.
- Counts to the set. The app’s biggest numeral is the time until you go on.
- Built for the booth. Stage palette, one loop, nothing to tap by mistake.
- The desk reads the same sheet. The artist’s copy leaves the money out.
The room is twenty minutes away. Doors at 23:00, and the strip marks it. You go on in eighteen minutes. You are on, and the numeral counts the set. You are off, and the money is already written.
Your invoice should not outlast your set.
The invoice leaves while the room empties.
The fee is already on the show, so the invoice writes itself from it. Artistflow picks the tax clause from the two countries on the booking and hands the club a page to open and pay. Reminders run until it is settled.
The fee sits on the show, so the invoice writes itself and leaves under the agency’s name with the artist’s payout on the same record. The club opens a page, not an attachment, and the status walks back to your desk.
- Tax without guessing. Domestic VAT, reverse charge or out of scope, picked for you.
- A page, not an attachment. The payer opens a link and marks it paid.
- Reminders that run. A nudge, then a firm one, then a final.
The payer opens it on a phone, at the same address, and pays from there.
The fee is on the show, so the invoice has its number. Written, and the tax clause is picked from the two countries. Sent, on the payer’s own link. The club has opened the page. Paid, on 15 September.
