Help that does the reading.
Most of the admin around a show is reading: a listing you did not write, a venue name you half recognise, a bio you have retyped four times. Artistflow does that reading and hands you the result to check. Nothing saves until you say so, and every result tells you how sure it is.
Read the listing.
Paste the link a promoter sent you. Artistflow opens the page, reads it, and writes the show underneath: the venue, the date, the set times, the fee if the page carries one. It comes back as fields you can edit, above a save you have to press.
- It reads what the page said, and guesses nothing past it.
- The result is a draft: every field is editable before anything is filed.
- A show that looks like one you already have is flagged before it saves.
Look the room up.
A venue name on a listing is a string until somebody checks it. Artistflow checks it against a real place, fills the address and the country, and says on the record how sure it was. A low-confidence match is shown as a low-confidence match, never quietly saved as a fact.

Enrich the bio.
Your bio, your city, your genre and your links exist in public already. Artistflow reads what is there and offers it back as a draft of your page, each field marked by how sure it is, so you can take the two that are right and rewrite the one that is not.
- It reads what is public, and asks you before any of it becomes your page.
- Each field arrives marked by confidence, so a guess cannot pass as a fact.
- You can reject the lot and keep what you wrote. Nothing overwrites itself.
Four rules it does not break.
These are not preferences you set. They are how the reading works, everywhere it happens, and they are the reason it is safe to let it read at all.
- Nothing saves until you approve it. Every result is a draft in front of a button you press.
- Every result says how sure it is. High, worth a read, or a guess: three words, on the record, in the same place every time.
- Deterministic where it can be. The day-of briefing is compiled from your own records, so it is free and costs no credits at all. Only the reading of somebody else’s text spends any.
- Credits are included with the tier. There is nothing to configure, no key to paste and no provider to choose.

Credits come with your tier. Only the reading of text somebody else wrote spends any: everything Artistflow compiles out of your own records is free.
A pasted listing costs 3 credits, a venue look-up 2, and a bio enrichment 5. The day-of briefing is compiled, not read, and costs none.
